Sub-processors

Concluded processes personal data on behalf of its customers, who are responsible for it. The third parties below process such data on our behalf. This list is updated before a new sub-processor receives any data; the data processing agreement sets out how customers are informed.

Current sub-processors

• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg) — Zurich region (eu-central-2), Switzerland. Operation of the service: database, document storage, sign-in service (Amazon Cognito), the document editor we host ourselves, email and SMS delivery.
• Amazon Web Services, Simple Email Service — Frankfurt region (eu-central-1), Germany. Delivery of sign-in and verification code emails: an email address and a six-digit code, never a contract or a name.
