Terms of Use — Closed Beta
Version of 14 October 2026. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Who offers the service
Concluded is operated by Gabriel Kralicz, c/o JL Consulting Group GmbH#1697, Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland, a private person (see the imprint). No company has been formed yet.
2. What the closed beta is
The closed beta is by invitation, free of charge, and provided as is, for evaluation. The whole flow from upload to the sealed PDF is in operation, but we give no guarantee of availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors, and we may change, interrupt or end the service. We will give notice where we can.
3. Who may use it
The service is for businesses invited to it. You confirm that you are entitled to act for the company you register. One email address is one account.
4. Your contracts and your responsibilities
- The contracts and documents are yours. You must have the right to upload them.
- You decide whom to invite, and you must be entitled to give us their name, email address and mobile number. Invite only people who are expecting it.
- Do not upload anything unlawful or harmful. Files with macros, embedded objects or external references are refused.
- Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you suspect misuse.
5. What a signature here is worth
Signatures in the closed beta are simple electronic signatures, under the freedom of form that applies to most contracts under Swiss law (Code of Obligations, art. 11). They are not qualified electronic signatures. Where the law requires a handwritten signature, a qualified electronic signature, a public deed or another special form, a simple electronic signature does not meet it. You decide whether it suits your contract. We do not give legal advice.
The sealed PDF carries a seal made with a platform key that is not yet issued on a publicly recognised certificate, so PDF readers show it as unverified. The record is the signed document together with its hash and audit trail.
6. Using it for real contracts
You may use the closed beta for contracts you intend to sign. You do so at your own risk, and you should keep your own copy: export your sealed records.
7. Processing of contract data
For the content of your contracts and the details of the people named in them, you are responsible and we act on your behalf. We:
- process that data only to provide the service and as you instruct through the app;
- keep it confidential, and secure it as described in the Privacy Policy;
- use only the sub-processors and locations named there, and tell you before adding one;
- help you answer requests from people whose data it is;
- tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach of that data; and
- return it as an export and delete it when you ask or the account ends, as the Privacy Policy describes.
8. Liability
The service is free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or data loss. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law, remains unaffected.
9. When the closed beta ends
Your contracts and their audit trails are kept and carried into the commercial launch. You can export everything at any time and leave. Paid plans start only with your consent, and we will tell you the terms beforehand.
10. Ending, and changes
You can stop using the service, and ask for your account to be deleted, at any time. We may suspend an account for misuse. We may update these terms; account holders are told by email and the new version applies from the date stated.
11. Law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The courts at [place of jurisdiction] have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction.
